2. Insufficient process time: some designs achieve their goals by reducing the process time in order to reduce the cost. Common such as: insufficient pre-treatment transition time, resulting in liquid string; not considering heating time during curing, resulting in poor curing; insufficient paint leveling time, resulting in insufficient paint film leveling; insufficient cooling after curing, painting (or the next part) The workpiece overheats.
3. Improper design of conveying equipment: There are various conveying methods for workpieces, and improper design will have adverse consequences on production capacity, process operations, and upper and lower parts. The common one is suspended chain conveying, and its load capacity and traction capacity require calculation and interference drawing. The speed of the chain also has corresponding requirements for the matching of the equipment. Automatic coating equipment also has requirements on the stability and synchronization of the chain.
4. Improper selection of equipment: due to different product requirements, equipment selection is also different, and various equipment has its advantages and disadvantages. However, it cannot be explained to the user during the design, and it is found to be very unsatisfactory after the manufacture. For example, air curtains for powder spraying and drying tunnels are used for heat insulation, and workpieces that require cleanliness are not equipped with purification equipment. Errors of this type are the most common errors on paint lines.
5. Improper selection of process parameters of automatic coating equipment: It is common for current coating lines to choose wrong process parameters. First, the design parameters of a single equipment are selected at the lower limit. Second, they do not pay enough attention to the matching of the equipment system. No design completely beats the head.
6. Lack of supporting equipment: There are many related equipment in the coating line, and sometimes some equipment is omitted in order to reduce the quotation. It also failed to explain to the user, resulting in a ruckus. Common ones include pre-treatment heating equipment, automatic painting equipment, air source equipment, exhaust pipe equipment, environmental protection equipment, etc.
7. The energy saving of equipment is not considered: At present, energy prices change rapidly, but these problems are not considered in the design, which makes the production cost of users higher, and some users have to rebuild and purchase equipment within a short period of time. Of course, the maintenance of coating equipment is also very important, and the correct maintenance of automatic coating equipment can maximize the effect!
